Your tasks:

• Support of the SAP SD module as well as user support and training
• Analysis and improvement of existing processes in constant communication with the business departments
• Recording of business department requirements for IT projects (process analysis, consulting, and documentation)
• Process design and creation of business and technical specifications, coordination with development, test monitoring, as well as go-live and rollouts

Your profile:

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or completed training in the IT field (IT management, IT specialist, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience, i.e., practical, active activities in customizing and supporting the SD module as well as project management
• Practical knowledge of a programming language, for example, ABAP/4
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent working style, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented and conceptual working style as well as a confident demeanor
• Willingness to travel
