Associate Director - Portfolio Management - Operating Model / Org Desgin

Working for a leading digital insurance company on an initial 4 month project, you will lead the execution of all portfolio activity across the company.

This is a business transformation & change focused role focusing on Operating Models and Organisational Design. Not looking for any technology focused individuals.

Responsibilities:
*Implement a rigorous approach to strategic portfolio & programme management and delivery against objectives.
*Document & deliver all activity prioritised by the exec team.
*Drive and facilitate decision making at all levels.
*Employ key elements of governance protocols & educate stakeholders with regard to their benefit.
*Lead and inspire teams to deliver executional excellence.
*Track interdependencies, flagging resource issues early.
*Hold Experience Teams to account for delivery of customer outcomes and KPIs across the organization.
*Ensure stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress, key risks and issues.
*Track, communicate and draw insight on enablers and blockers.
*Manage exec reviews of activity to ensure milestones are met and future activity aligns to the strategy.
*Working with Finance you will drive the business case process and develop & implement measures to enable review of the business benefits. Track business case progress, ensuring strategic and project milestones are delivered.

Experience required:
*Natural gravitas, resilience, and experience in dealing with board level stakeholders.
*A proven PMO mindset ideally with an e-commerce background.
*Proven experience of delivering complex or multiple projects at a programme level relating to operating model change
*Ability to monitor & deliver from a strategic & commercial perspective.
*Sound understanding of Agile.
*Excellent communication & influencing
*Solution orientated, resilient.
*Self motivated & team player with a collaborative approach
*Excellent planning and organizational skills
