Claremont Consulting are working with Europe's fastest growing tech-company, to help them identify a new VP of People/Chief People Officer, as they scale rapidly in over 30 locations worldwide. Their product already has nearly 40 million users. The market they are in is forecast to be worth a quarter of a trillion USD by 2025. They are lean and fast, and make decisions quickly. They need someone who can drive this culture, whilst building a truly best in class talent pool.

The company are valued at over a billion USD. Equity on offer as part of a generous compensation package. IPO is forecast in the next 3-5 years.

You should:

- have led an HR / People function in a high growth company in the technology sector
- have amazing negotiation and communication skills
- be a hustler, a mover, a shaker and a rhythm-maker
- be passionate about new technologies and models of business
- be able to demonstrate a track-record of developing a people function and people plan
- be accustomed to coaching brilliant business leaders - who have come through the ranks at some of the worlds highest-value tech super-powers
- be an inspiration to your team
- have a proven experience of working closely with Leadership teams
- have developed L&D frameworks for a high growth company, spread across multiple geographical locations
- have experience collaborating with Product, Legal, Marketing etc. to execute key initiatives
