What you will do

The Inside Sales Associate supports outside sales, ensuring creative, high quality, technically & commercially competitive tenders for the Tyco Production System group product portfolio.
The Inside Sales Associate will be required to achieve group Revenue and Profit targets you will also produce accurate and on time quotations against company/project established goals. You will show yearly improvements to quote process and cost of sale

How you will do it

Create successful customer facing, tenders for O&G equipment, including HPUs, CIU, MIU, WHCPs, Deluge, & TUTU
Ensure thorough review of client specifications so that designs and quotations are accurate and achieve client specifications in line with sales and proposal strategies
Develop system P&ID/schematic design, delivery schedules based on client needs
Offer leadership on system layout and design.
Work with suppliers and procurement to get prices of equipment needed for quote and ensure costing models are competitive and accurate
Work with sales, engineering and management to create and implement winning proposal strategies
Ensure tender compliance with DOA for commercial aspects of tenders and use of Salesforce.com business practices.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the execution team, service team and broader oil and gas sales team
Maintain a customer focused performance environment, ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
Assist sales team in Identifying and approach new customers (operators, EPC, Engineering System Integrators)
To represent Tyco as a credible and professional supplier of Hydraulic Control Systems at external networking meetings.

What we look for
*Strong technical experience of electro- hydraulic oil and gas systems
*Proven business experience, understanding of the key issues on drivers in the sales function.
*A proven track record of success
*Oil and Gas Industry knowledge
*Hydraulic Control System knowledge
*PC literacy, including knowledge MS Word, MS Xcel, MS project, Adobe Acrobat Standard, ACAD 13,
*SF.com a plus
*Educated to HND (or equivalent).
