The role is based in central London paying between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
*Extensive mix of experience of working in the Talent industry, either solely in-house or as a mixture of in-house and Agency/RPO
*Very past paced environment.
*Extensive knowledge of a variety of technical domains
*Demonstrable experience of different sourcing methods, including Boolean Searching
*Ability to source for a high volume of roles, from junior to exec level and within different domains and agreed timeframes
*Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions
*Ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity
*Experience in a collaborative environment and getting things done at pace
*Ability to understand and demonstrate analysis of hiring metrics and help to improve processes where necessary
*Approachable, adaptable, resilient and have a 'can do' attitude
*Driven by delivering great results and providing a level of business partnering to develop professional relationships
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong relationship building skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
*Proactive style in seeking out potential challenges or hiring needs
