I need to hear from very good Project Co-ordinators who will form part of a massive programme to oversee the rollout of thousands of new laptops/desktops etc
This is a HUGE program and could well last for a couple of years
The role will include
Schedule regular meetings between colleagues and other members of staff
Creation and updating of work plans and schedules
Maintaining databases used by senior management and colleagues
Monitor project progress and prepare summary reports
Keeping departmental records
Liaise with internal and external teams
Ensure relevant administrative tasks are overseen
To use tools and information available to assign customer calls to the most appropriate engineer available to achieve SLA.
To allocate or order parts using systems to ensure calls can be attended and resolved within SLA.
To effectively liaise with customers and ensure call notes are accurate and up to date.
To provide customer reporting for key customers and suppliers.
To effectively liaise with internal departments to ensure that issues are resolved successfully.
Escalating incidents as required meeting required SLAs.
BAU and project based roles across the organisation where required.
Planning project and monitoring progress, resolving issues and taking appropriate corrective action
Managing dialogue with project stakeholders
Reporting the progress of the project when required
Quality assurance for the overall running of the project
