Based in west London

Due to a large number of new projects coming in 2022 this huge client in west London requires a strong Project Manager who will assume responsibility for the following

- Day to day management of multiple projects within infrastructure
- Implementation of hardware, racks, tests rack.
- Creation of AWS environment

The ideal candidates will have knowledge of infrastructure components e.g hardware etc.
Experience of delivering software projects too - AWS type projects ideally


The DevOps team is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and continual improvement of the infrastructure r
The team supports more than 3000 end users as well as a large number of systems and services to support product development and testing teams.

The team maintains server infrastructure from networks up to and including the application layer
The team also support other applications in various cloud environments.

The successful applicant will be required to lead several projects in the DevOps area, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives and anticipate problems and to find resolutions to any issues that arise.

To be considered for this role candidates need to have

Proven Project Management experience in DevOps related work
Solid understanding of Agile process, CI/CD pipelines and development practices
Infrastructure experience

Experience in at least some of the following

* Linux (Centos / Ubuntu)
* Virtualisation (VMWare)
* Configuration Management (Ansible)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Cloud (AWS)
* Self-starting, will find improvements to make and run with them
* An emphasis on consistency, repeatability, automation and documentation
* An enthusiasm for new tools and methods to help the team shape the culture towards true DevOps
