     ‘The Team Builder’ is a cost-effective method of building a quality team quickly. You sign up to a set amount of hires that are required in a set amount of time and leave the rest to us.


    Most businesses look to hire in multiples to enhance the onboarding experience, ‘The Team Builder’ enables you to do this whilst also allowing you to enjoy a reduction of your recruitment costs.

    The Key Hire

    If you have that one desired hire to catapult your business, ‘The Key Hire’ is for you. You will get candidate exclusivity.


    The key hire boasts 100% completion rate on our retained assignments and 85% of our retained work is completed within four to six weeks of you signing on the dotted line. 

     

    The Contingent

    A great solution for clients with multiple suppliers and are unable to commit on an exclusive basis.


    You will be working with a specialist delivery consultant who has access and relationships with the top talent for the positions you’re looking to fill.


    The fee associated with this search method is only charged once we have secured a successful candidate and based on our standard fee structure.

      One of our specialist consultants will organise a call to understand your companies needs and requirements.

      Once we have gathered the information, our specialist consultants will connect with our network of quality candidates we have built up from our experience. We will ensure to hand select these candidates based on your needs and cultural fit.

      We will then shortlist the best candidates based on your hiring needs and send over their CV for you to review and consider for your open roles.

      Once you have chosen the candidates you would like to move forward with our specialist consultants will arrange interviews between yourself and the candidate managing the process all the way through.

      Post-interview we will reach out to gather feedback from yourself and the candidate.
